Hibiscus - Organic 50g



Hibiscus sabdariffa

Origin: Germany

Hibiscus is known as carcade in its native West Africa. It is also known as roselle or sour tea. The dark flowers are used for brewing.

Uses: Expectorant, antioxidant, digestive, nervine, stomachic, aphrodisiac, tonic, scurvy and a diuretic.

Vitamins: A B C

Minerals: Calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, cobalt, manganese, zinc, silicon, sodium, phosphorous, and very rich in selenium and chromium.

How to Prepare:

Add 1 teaspoon of Hibiscus per cup of hot water. Steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve.

Also great served chilled.
